The SULEAP (Developing Skills towards a Sustainable Leather Production) project, which is planned to last 30 months with a consortium of 9 partners including Spain, Poland, Italy, Greece and Turkey, under the coordination of Portugal, aims to improve sustainability in the leather industry, especially the fight against environmental pollution and global warming. to eliminate the lack of knowledge regarding its applications and to expand the knowledge of target groups about practical application with innovative training tools and platforms; Operating directly in the leather industry, Kobi aims to raise the awareness of personnel and managers about the risks and benefits of sustainability and to ensure the participation of relevant sectors and suppliers; It aims to support the transformation of the leather industry into a modern, resource-efficient and competitive industry.
